NAB’s internet banking and app hit by outage [Video]

NAB customers are still unable to access their online banking via computers, but the bank’s app is now working after an outage, the bank said.

The bank, which has 10 million customers, said this afternoon it was trying to fix the issue.

Customers who logged onto the app or online banking today received a message saying the service was not available.

A NAB spokesperson apologised “for any inconvenience”.

“We’re aware of an issue currently impacting some of our services including internet banking, mobile and desktop,” the spokesperson said.

“Our tech team is investigating and working to fix this as soon as possible.

“We are continuing to keep our customers updated via banners in our digital banking channels and across social media.”

In an update, NAB said mobile banking has now been restored.
