NAB’s internet banking services are back online after the lender was struck by a tech outage this afternoon.
The outage was first reported around 4pm, with some users met with a message saying: “Internet Banking isn’t working at the moment.”
NAB’s internet banking services were restored shortly after 6pm.
The lender took to social media earlier in the day to inform customers it was aware of the issues and working to resolve them.
“We’re aware of an issue currently impacting our mobile app and desktop banking,” it said in a statement.
“We’re sorry for any inconvenience this is causing our customers.
“Our tech team is currently investigating and working to fix this as soon as possible. We are continuing to keep our customers updated.”
