Multiple organizations rally to support Park Fire survivors & first responders | News [Video]

CHICO, Calif. – There is a lot of community support going out during the Park Fire emergency for survivors and hard-working first responders.

Chick-fil-A and a nonprofit organization called Think Kindness from Reno, Nevada, collaborated to bring meals to firefighters and support staff that’s been fighting the Park Fire based at the Chico Airport.

The founder of Think Kindness flew out to the Chico Airport to give out those meals personally.

Over 200 meals with delicious fries and sandwiches were given to CAL FIRE staff. Brian Williams, the founder of Think Kindness, said he wanted to thank the CAL FIRE firefighters for putting their lives on the line for the community.

But that’s not the only community support giving aid to people affected by the Park Fire. An organization called the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, a humanitarian aid organization, is giving away debit cards for emergency fund assistance to families whose homes …
