Mother of 10-Year-Old Daughter Who Shot Woman Sent to Prison [Video]

Following the fatal shooting of a woman, a Florida mother is headed to prison on manslaughter charges. But police allege that her 10-year-old daughter is the one who pulled the trigger.

During Memorial Day weekend back in 2022, 33-year-old Lakrisha Isaac pulled up to a cookout hosted by 41-year-old Lashun Rodgers and confronted her over a social media post she made, according to an arrest affidavit. Authorities say when the discussion got heated, Isaac passed her backpack, which contained a loaded gun, to her 10-year-old daughter

The two women began to scuffle, police said. According to the Orlando Sentinel, neighbors claimed Isaac swung first. However, whoever threw the first punch didn’t matter after a few moments.
