Diddy And Shyne Worked Together From 1997-1999
In a recent press conference, Moses ‘Shyne’ Barrow commented on his relationship with former colleague and mentor Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Combs was arrested Monday evening in a New York City hotel for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. The indictment for his arrest was released yesterday.
Barrow and Combs worked together in the music industry in the late 90s. Their relationship hit a snag once Barrow was convicted on two counts of assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of an illegal weapon.
Just after Christmas in 1999, Barrow was with Combs and Jennifer Lopez in a packed New York City nightclub. Gunshots were fired inside the club. Barrow ended up spending nearly nine years in prison after being arrested for the shooting, though he’s always publicly maintained his innocence.
Following his release from prison Barrow returned to his home country of Belize. …
