Camila and Diego Luna bring insight and energy to the maker movement in Mexico and beyond.
The sister/brother team who go by Moon Makers are introducing more people in Mexico to the maker mindset through their YouTube videos, kits and educational materials in Spanish and sometimes also in English. They are helping educators and parents engage in maker education, even while they are still in college themselves. They are enthusiastic and the way they are making media feels natural and playful.
At Fab24 in Puebla, Mexico, where I met up with them, Camila and Diego were “ambassadors” for the event, interviewing many of the speakers at the conference, including me. Here’s my interview with both of them:
