Teriyaki Madness, a counter-serve Asian-fusion restaurant specializing in Asian-style rice and noodle bowls, has been open at Shiloh Crossing for a year now. Franchisee owner Aaron Weissman said the reception this past year has has felt like “drinking out of a fire hose.”
Teriyaki Madness, at 1008 Shiloh Crossing Blvd. opened in Billings in August of 2023.

Weissman, a Great Falls native, is proud of the ships he runs, his management team and the freshness, quality and love that goes into every meal they make.
His Billings restaurant is the second Teriyaki Madness franchise he’s opened and won’t be the last. He plans to open a third in Helena this spring. This Montana man is on a roll.
