, /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Mission Critical Partners (MCP) recently held its first PSAP Roundtable, a virtual event attended by officials from public-safety answering points (PSAPs), also known as 911 centers or emergency communications centers, across the United States — from small to large — to discuss personnel challenges and to exchange ideas, strategies, and tactics for resolving them.
The worst reason to do anything is because that’s the way it’s always been done. So, it’s exciting that the 911 community seems willing to take a fresh look and more innovative approach to its challenges, which clearly was evidenced during the roundtable.
