MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) – A missing Manitowoc veteran was found dead on Saturday, four days after a Green Alert was issued for him.
In a press release on Saturday, the Manitowoc Police Department said that Jason Neumann was found dead about two miles north of the Village of Cleveland on Lake Michigan. The investigation currently shows no indication of foul play, according to police.
The investigation into Neumann’s death is being conducted by the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office and the Manitowoc County Coroner. No other information has been released.
PREVIOUS: A Green Alert was issued Wednesday for 43-year-old Jason Neumann, a missing veteran from Manitowoc.
He was last seen Monday, and his vehicle was discovered the next day in a shallow part of Lake Michigan near the village of Cleveland.
