THE desperate search for missing Brit Simon Robinson has started to focus on an area where his phone last pinged, his close pal reveals.
Simon, 27, vanished almost two weeks ago after getting on a flight from Bangkok with his worried family not hearing from him since.
The Lincolnshire native was said to have flown out of Thailand on July 26 and headed towards Helsinki, Finland – meaning the hunt has shifted a staggering 5,000 miles up to the Arctic Circle.
Simon was due to land in Helsinki to board a connecting flight which would have taken him home to the UK but he reportedly never caught the second plane and hasn’t been seen since.
