DES MOINES, Iowa — The Minnesota Timberwolves’ sweep over Phoenix is the franchise’s first playoff series victory in 20 years. And as the Timberwolves rise, their success could help the Iowa Wolves.

“Since I started, this is the most excited I’ve ever seen the market for an offseason,” said Iowa Wolves Director of Ticket Sales Alex Barker.

The Timberwolves have been led by rising star Anthony Edwards. According to the NBA Public Relations, the young guard has generated over 100 million social impressions since the start of the playoffs, the second most in the league.
