Milwaukee police union drops lawsuit over releasing body camera video

The police union is dropping its lawsuit over the Milwaukee Police Department’s timeline to release police body camera video of police shootings and other critical incidents.The Milwaukee Police Association said based on the dismissal of the suit it understands the MPD’s body camera policy SOP 575 will likely take effect in the near future.
