SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The City of Milton is seeing some changes in leadership as officials announced the new city manager.
Portion of Baldwin County road to be impassable for the rest of the year
According to a city press release, the new city manager is Pensacola native Edward E. Spears.
Spears initially joined the City of Milton in 2018 and served as the city’s Director of Economic Development.

The Florida State University graduate brings nearly 30 years of experience and a legacy of community development to the new position, the release said. He takes over the position that is charged with running daily operations of the city from Interim City Manager Randy Jorgenson, according to the City of Milton’s website.
