One of the biggest storylines of the fight itself was the age difference between Tyson and Paul. Tyson stepped back in the ring at 58 years old, while Paul is over 30 years younger, at 27 years old.

Many believed that Tyson should not get back into the ring at his age, and there were concerns his age could lead to his getting hurt to some degree. That was especially true considering he had a health scare on a flight that delayed the fight from July to Nov.
