THERE ARE ABOUT 500 STUDENTS ACROSS THE GREATER BOSTON AREA TODAY PARTICIPATING IN COMMUNITY IMPACT EVENTS AT 30 ORGANIZATIONS HERE AT CRADLES. THEY’RE SORTING SHOES AND CLOTHES. THESE ARE STUDENTS COMPLETING 1 TO 3 YEAR PROGRAMS IN EVERYTHING FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY, NURSING, SPEECH, LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, GENETIC COUNSELING, AND MORE. GIVING BACK IS KIND OF A HALLMARK OF THE MGH INSTITUTE, WHICH IS WHY THEY’VE CHOSEN TO MAKE THIS AN ANNUAL EVENT. HEALTH CARE IS MORE THAN JUST GETTING PEOPLE WELL AND KEEPING PEOPLE WELL.
