FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Finding local community health and human service resources just got easier in Frederick County, Maryland after the Mental Health Association launched its new online database.
The online guide was first a physical newsletter that was available before the pandemic, but now that same format will be available online through their website. The database features 22 categories including housing, health care, and financial assistance.

The mental health association said it hopes the database provides a one-stop shop for any assistance the county provides.
“We know that a lot of service providers in our community and people who are out and about working with people in the community relied on having that published guide, so we’re really hoping that they’ll find the same use with this,” Director of Crisis Services Suzi Borg said.
The database can be found here.
