In this Member Lean-In session, Ross Harding, Will Young and Steven Cassells present a tool they’re developing to rapidly assess any project’s optimal pathway to net zero using only cost-effective initiatives. Taking as little information as location, floor areas of space types, and number of storeys, the tool provides a cost-benefit analysis of a range of environmental initiatives and a recommended pathway towards net zero regarding energy, water, waste and embodied carbon.
