John Agosta has put the one-bedroom unit at 4/115 Rathcown Rd, Reservoir, on the market with a $395,000-$434,500 price guide, to honour the love of his life, Vikki, who died from cancer a decade ago.
The home is listed with Ray White Preston director Mathew Marotta, with the agency offering their services for free along with several other supporters including the REA Group, which is not charging advertising fees.
