Mavik Ventures is a recruiting firm that helps companies hire “exceptional talent.” The recruiting firm specializes in working with high-growth startups, many of which are in the tech and construction industries. 

Mavik Ventures was founded in 2018 and has clients across the U.S. Founder and CEO Darren Koontz says the company has grown because of its team.

“It has to be our team, our employees. I mean, when you really break it down, they’re the ones that are driving a lot of business, working with a lot of our clients, kind of building that relationship, building our reputation in the market,” Koontz said. “So that’s really been the biggest way we’ve continued to grow, is by hiring great people and just kind of allowing them to just continue growing their expertise in the space.”
