SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – This week on Matters of the State, we look at the latest developments surrounding a proposed CO2 pipeline that could run through South Dakota.
Summit Carbon Solutions submitted a new application last week to the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission. The project has already been approved in Iowa and North Dakota.
