Business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) will host its inaugural Dispute Resolution Conference.
The event will take place on 12 September at the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin, with Attorney General Rossa Fanning SC set to deliver the keynote address.
The event is being held in anticipation of a significant shift in Ireland’s legal framework with the introduction of class actions, which are expected to reshape the country’s corporate risk and liability landscape.
The conference will also spotlight the growing role of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in modern conflict management, which can offer more efficient and cost-effective solutions for stakeholders.
