MAFS UK bosses insisted the show is “a fair and accurate reflection of events” after a contestant launched a savage attack and accused them of gaslighting viewers.

TV bride Richelle hit out at the show after being slammed by viewers for her behaviour towards her husband Orson.

Her latest on-air jibe saw her branding Orson, 41, “that cretin” after he wrote he wanted to “stay” in their marriage at the latest commitment ceremony, and she missed her daughter’s birthday for filming.

Earlier on in the series, Richelle claimed Orson wasn’t “a strong man”, and she told him: “What would your boys think of you crying on TV?”
