Marketing campaign spotlights civilian workers at Rock Island Arsenal [Video]

Civilian employees with the U.S. Army wound up in the spotlight at the Rock Island Arsenal. It’s part of the Find Your Next Level campaign.

A month after filming wrapped, one technician reminisces on how he felt.

“When I walked up for the first time to be a part of this and seeing what’s going on, the gravity of it hit me, that I wasn’t just doing something that was going to be put on the backburner or local campaign,” Sydney Ethridge, a technician at the Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, said. “The gravity of it hit me because it’s for the Army, it’s for everybody, and to know that anybody could be a part of this, and they chose me, that was just overwhelming.”

Some at the Manufacturing and Technology Center hope this can bring widespread recognition to their work.
