As Donald Trump’s new administration continues to grow, former North Carolina Congressman Mark Walker is waiting for a very important call from the Trump transition team. Walker said he hasn’t spoken with Trump directly since the election but is expecting an offer for a role in the new administration. If selected, he would be the first politician from North Carolina to be appointed to the new administration.The former pastor has served as the director of outreach for faith and minority communities for the last nine months on the Trump campaign after giving up his congressional comeback bid.
