MARIETTA, OHIO (WTAP) -Marietta College held a spring semester Student Involvement Fair Friday afternoon, to get students involved on campus and in the community.
Some of the organizations at the fair today included several Greek Life organizations, campus Democrats and Republicans, and other organizations involved both on campus and in the community. Organizations such as the Pioneer Activities Council, The Washington County Harvest of Hope, and The Arc of the Mid-Ohio Valley
According to Dr. Amy Elliott, the Director of the Office of Community Engagement, this is the first year Marietta College has done a spring semester Student Involvement Fair. They decided to do this because they realized that having involvement fairs only in the fall wasn’t reaching every student on campus.
