Herrell was arrested on unrelated warrants and charged with resisting and obstructing, carrying a concealed weapon, as well as two counts of home invasion.
MONROE COUNTY, Mich. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man believed to be involved in a string of recent home invasions in Monroe Township.
According to a press release the crimes occurred on or about Oct. 8.
On Oct. 8, deputies were sent to three separate home invasions that occurred in the Meadowbrook Mobile Home Community in Monroe Township.
After investigating, authorities identified the suspect as 25-year-old Bailey Austin Herrell.
Detectives took over the investigation and learned that Herrell was wanted on several unrelated warrants.
On Oct. 10, detectives located Herrell and set up surveillance. Herrell was seen in a vehicle in the area of Telegraph Road and Dunbar Road.
