Man arrested in Flagler County after extremely slow chase on US 1 [Video]

BUNNELL, Fla. — A man is in custody after leading law enforcement on a slow chase in Bunnell following a hit-and-run, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said.

Kyle McNary, 33, is accused of kicking the passenger out of a black Kia Sorento he was driving near the intersection of East Woodland Street and State Road 100, deputies said. 

According to a press release, the victim stated McNary wouldn’t drive faster than 15 to 20 miles an hour and they stopped to switch places so the victim could drive. McNary then ran into the street and started waving at cars passing by before McNary was placed in the passenger seat. However, as the victim was getting in the driver’s seat, McNary kicked him out and drove off.
