Boston police have arrested and charged a Milton man in connection with a double stabbing at a diner Saturday night.
Conrad Burnette, 62, is facing two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the stabbing, Boston police said in a press release.
Officers responded to the stabbing at 1003 Massachusetts Ave. — the address for Liberty Diner — shortly before 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, police said. At the scene, they found, disarmed and arrested a person who was holding a knife.
Officers also located two men with stab wounds and had them taken to a hospital, police said. One man had life-threatening stab wounds, while the other man’s stab wounds were non-life-threatening.
Homicide detectives responded and located two knives at the scene, police said. Burnette is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
No further information about the stabbings has been released.
