AN online shopper has blasted Macy’s for its “slow to no service” and claiming the retailer will “screw up your Xmas gifts” on social media.
The frustrated customer took to social media platform X (formally Twitter) after their products hadn’t been delivered on time.
The shopper, known as Jack Shea, fumed: “Warning to anybody thinking of buying online from Macy’s.
“Dont do it!! Slow to no service. It said fast delivery yet one item hasn’t even been processed yet.
“Other said come today. Then tomorrow. Now say Wednesday. They will screw up your Xmas gifts.”#
The chain retailer apologized to Jay for the delay.
Replying to his tweet, a Macy’s customer representative said: “We’re sorry to hear we’ve disappointed you.
