MACON, Ga. — Four school zones will be used to enforce speeding laws starting Monday, Sept. 9, according to a release from Macon-Bibb County.
They say cameras in the Vineville Academy of the Arts and Heritage Elementary School will now be used to issue speeding tickets.
Cameras have also been installed to the zones at the Academy for Classical Education (ACE) and Bernd Elementary School, according to the release. Those cameras will only be used to issue warnings until Oct. 21, when they will also be used to issue tickets.
