MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Lynx are two games away from becoming WNBA Champions. Unfortunately for their fans, the team is potentially only one game away from a season-ending loss.
Lynx Head Coach Cheryl Reeve broke down Napheesa Collier‘s play and shared her thoughts on recent head coach firings in the WNBA in an afternoon press conference in Target Center on Friday.
Reeve said Collier has experienced a natural evolution as a veteran.
“When she sees something that doesn’t go the way it should be, from the officiating standpoint. She’s a leader and she’s someone who can communicate on behalf of her teammates,” said Reeve.
Collier’s phenomenal play is a big reason the Lynx have progressed to the WNBA Championship.
