Authorities have charged a Lynn man with murder after finding a woman stabbed to death in her apartment Wednesday morning, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office.
Zachary Vozzella, 26, is accused of killing 25-year-old Lynn resident Brianna Welsh, the district attorney’s office said in a press release Thursday. Court records show he is also facing a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
