North Melbourne recruit Luke Parker has revealed the area he feels he can have the biggest influence at his new club.
The 32-year-old moved to the Kangaroos in the trade period after 293 games with Sydney, signed to bring some much-needed experience to the struggling club.
At his first press conference since arriving for pre-season training at Arden St, Parker spoke about how he hopes to contribute to the team.

“I think the biggest thing for these boys is belief,” Parker explained.
“They’ve got a core group of leaders who drive really high standards but because there’s not the wins on the board, there’s probably that little bit of doubt.
“So I think almost reassuring them that we’re heading in the right direction, doing the right things and keep driving those standards.”
