LUKE LITTLER has broken his silence after being eliminated from the Bahrain Darts Masters.
The PDC Darts World champion was dumped out of the competition at the quarter-final stage thanks to a stunning display from Gerwyn Price.
Welsh wizard Price thrashed the teenager 6-2 to advance to the next round of the tournament.
And Littler took to social media late on Friday night to reflect on his exit and praise the former world champion.
He wrote: “Not my night but great game @gerwynpriceiceman180.
“Heading home for a few days then looking forward to the Dutch Darts Masters.”
Price couldn’t build on the momentum he gained by beating Littler, losing the final to Stephen Bunting.
