Lucas County auditor to hold property value review sessions [Video]

The two sessions will be held at the Oregon Community Room on Monday, Sept. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 1.

LUCAS COUNTY, Ohio — Lucas County auditor Katie Moline will be holding two property value review sessions to help answer homeowners’ questions following the 2024 revaluation.

The two sessions will be held on Monday, Sept. 30, and Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Oregon Community Room, located at 5330 Seaman Road.

No appointments are necessary to attend the sessions and walk-ins are welcome, but property owners are encouraged to file a property value review online HERE to help reduce wait times at the event.

According to the auditor’s office, the state of Ohio mandates that county auditors update property values on an individual basis every six years.
