A LOWE’S shopper was less than impressed after his checkout experience took longer than he had anticipated.
The customer appeared baffled as he claimed he was forced to use the kiosks.
He said that there wasn’t a cashier in store.
However, the checkout process appeared to be more complex than just scanning a few items for Ed, according to his X post.
He said that he had to push buttons on the screen before the machine started asking him questions.
“I just want to pay for the damn stuff I have and leave!” the shopper said.
“That’s it! I was not best pleased.”
The U.S. Sun approached Lowe’s for comment but did not receive a response.
