Louisiana residents with EBT cards are urged to change their PIN numbers after multiple skimming devices were found at stores across the state. According to the Department of Children and Family Services, local and federal authorities are investigating the skimming devices, but EBT cardholders should change their PINS immediately. DCFS will send text messages to EBT cardholders regarding the skimming devices. According to DCFS, cardholders should change their PIN numbers every 30 days to protect their benefits.
