LOTTO bosses have revealed the exact county where a winning €1million EuroMillions ticket was sold.

One lucky punter from Leitrim has become Ireland’s most recent millionaire after Friday night’s draw.

This win marks the start of the “4 more millionaires” promotion, a month-long event that will create four new millionaires across Ireland throughout September.

There will be guaranteed €1million prizes in the EuroMillions draws on September 6, 13, and 20, with a final big win in the Lotto Plus Raffle on September 28.

The Leitrim winner won the massive prize after the special Ireland Only Raffle, adding €1million to the usual €5,000 raffle prize.
