The Museum and Under Armour’s latest collaboration includes a three-sneaker collection inspired by DC’s cherry blossoms and Botanic Garden.
WASHINGTON D.C., DC — DC streetwear brand and boutique The Museum has partnered with Under Armour for a sneaker collection that honors the DC culture.
The three colorways of the Under Armour Apparition shoe are inspired by the iconic DC Cherry Blossoms and the United States Botanic Garden. The limited collection dropped Sunday, both in-store and online.
The ‘Give ‘Em Their Flowers’ collection is named for the deep appreciation that The Museum says it has for the DC community that has supported them from the beginning.
The first colorway, with different greens and floral-inspired laces, is a dedication to the United States Botanic Garden.
The second sneaker celebrates the Okame Cherry Tree, known for its vibrant pink and purple-hued blooms. The UA Apparition shoe comes with fuzzy green laces as well as burgundy and gold laces to honor the Washington Commanders.
