Lewiston firefighters contain building fire [Video]

LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewiston and Clarkston police officers fought a building fire in downtown Lewiston Saturday.

According to Lewiston Firefighters Local 1773, the firefighters responded to the flames and helped prevent the further spread of the fire to nearby structures.

A nearby motorhome also sustained damage during the fire.

“Our firefighters continue to provide the exceptional service that our community expects and deserves, even as they have been working without a contract for nearly three months,” the Local 1773 said.
