LIMERICK Enterprise Development Partnership (LEDP) has received the Limerick Person of the Month Award for its contribution to Limerick since its founding 25 years ago.
Speaking to the Limerick Leader at the presentation in the Clayton Hotel, CEO of LEDP, Niall O’Callaghan said that the staff of LEDP were “absolutely thrilled” to receive the title, and thanked the sponsors of the “fantastic” award, the Limerick Leader, the Clayton Hotel, and media agency Southern.
“We’re absolutely humbled and honoured to be recipients of the Limerick Person of the (Month). It’s really a testament to the work that LEDP has done over the last 25 years,” he added.
He praised the contributions of “former employees, board members, those that are no longer with us, and of course, our founders who were instrumental in creating the LEDP project back in 1999”.
