But while Fortescue was ready to transition to a zero-carbon future, the enabling regulatory environment was not ready … until recently. Working side by side with the extraordinary Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, the Fortescue Green Pioneer was able produce key findings across crew and environmental safety when using ammonia as a marine fuel.
