THE last of Arsenal’s Invincible squad has called quits on his career.

Justin Hoyte, who was the final member of Arsenal‘s unbeaten 2003/04 title winners still playing, has announced his retirement from the game at the age of 40.

Hoyte played just one time as Arsenal went through an entire Premier League campaign without losing a single game.

But the 18-time Trinidad and Tobago international has enjoyed a lengthy career that saw him go on to represent the Gunners 68 times.

In a statement announcing that he is bringing an end to his playing days, Hoyte described the moment as bittersweet.
