LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Metro Police release new details after a woman’s body was found locked in a freezer in an east valley home.
LVMPD identified the victim as Monique Gilbertson. She is the owner of the mobile home.
Police say they received a call on Nov. 6 from the management office concerned about a homeowner within the community.
The office manager explained to police she had developed a relationship with Gilbertson in recent months. The manager grew concerned after days of not hearing from Gilbertson.
Officers conducting the welfare check say they knocked on the door for 45 minutes before Daniel Roush, who goes by “Jazlynn,” answered the door and spoke to police.
According to the arrest report, Roush explained they met Gilbertson at Home Depot. Gilbertson then reportedly offered Roush a place to stay in exchange for handy work around the home. Roush claimed to …
