The community’s enthusiasm was on full display during a special opening ceremony held at the Lake Placid Olympic Center this Friday.The ceremony featured over 80 students from Camp Placid, who proudly carried 29 flags representing the participating nations as they marched around the historic Sheffield Speed Skating Oval.
