LAKE OZARK, Mo. — Lake Ozark Police Chief James Boren, whose department is one of the main subjects of the new A&E series “Ozark Law,” says he’s happy with how the show turned out.
Boren, who also serves as the worship ministry leader at Riverview Baptist Church in Osage Beach, told LakeExpo he had the chance to pre-screen the show before its Jan. 8 scheduled release. He thinks Lake area citizens will enjoy it and be pleased overall with its portrayal of the Lake area.
In a press release on Monday, Dec. 16, Boren said, “We really enjoyed working with the Lucky 8 crew on the ‘Ozark Law’ project. Their professionalism throughout the highs and lows of our challenging summer was exceptional.
