SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Work is underway to bring Sioux City’s first Kwik Star gas station to town at Lewis Boulevard and Glenn Avenue. But another could be coming soon.
The agenda for Sioux City’s Planning and Zoning Commission’s next scheduled meeting on Sept. 10 includes an item to rezone a parcel of land just off I-29 to hold a second Kwik Star.
That parcel off Tri-View Avenue and Zenith Drive used to house a hotel and events center.
The plans for the new Kwik Trip would include gas and diesel pumps, as well as a convenience store and a car wash.
