RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Last week, two vehicles used to transport kids to Koinonia’s Day Treatment Program were destroyed in a fire on Bible Way.
Firefighters believe it may have been caused by someone trying to steal gas, but are ruling it as arson.
Koinonia has been serving our northern Nevada community for over 30 years, offering specialized foster care, day treatment, and outpatient services.
Their day treatment program has been a vital resource, providing specialized care to local children and teens who have experienced trauma and need extra support to thrive.
