YEAH, TWO KIDS WERE SHOT EARLIER THIS WEEK ALONG THIRD AVENUE WEST. ONE COMMUNITY LEADER SAYS SHE WANTS KIDS TO BE ABLE TO BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN IN THEIR OWN BACKYARD. WE HAVE A LOT OF VIOLENCE IN THIS AREA, AND TUESDAY EVENING I WITNESSED IT WITH MY OWN EYES. SEVEN AND NINE YEAR OLD BOYS ARE RECOVERING AFTER POLICE SAY SOMEONE SHOT INTO THE CAR THEY WERE TRAVELING IN. IT’S SICKENING. IT’S VERY SAD.
