Kentucky fan in pope hat spotted at Arkansas-TCU exhibition game [Video]

The Big Blue Nation truly is everywhere. Friday night, one Kentucky fan with a pope hat on was in Fort Worth, TX for the Arkansas-TCU exhibition game at Dickies Arena.

And he sat right behind John Calipari‘s Arkansas bench. KSR photographer Aaron Perkins posted a video on social media where you can see the UK fan (holding a cold one) standing right behind Brad Calipari.

Ever since Mark Pope replaced Calipari as Kentucky’s new head coach, some members of the Big Blue Nation have begun to dress up as the actual Pope. We saw it at his introductory press conference in April and have seen it during the Wildcats’ preseason games at Rupp Arena. But a UK fan doing this at an Arkansas game is next level.

It’s incredibly petty, but I have no choice but to respect it.
